It is always recommended purchasing Kaspersky licenses through the official website. Licenses are authentic and you gain full support. You could also checkout Amazon and purchase from them as well.

• Also, the Kaspersky Community cannot make any recommendations, other than what @nabeel has already mentioned.
• The merchant you’ve posted about is not an authorised Kaspersky distributor. 
• Software sold very cheaply may be a merchant selling the same license/activation code multiple times, they rely on the fact the code may not be applied immediately, then, it’s first in best dressed.
• IF you’re unfortunate enough to be in this position, and if you need support from the Kaspersky technical team, you may find they’ll not be able to assist & they’ll refer you back to the merchant → this is not a “scary monster” story, it actually happens. 
• Keep in mind, if something is too good to be true in appearance, it probably is too good to be true in reality.  
• Buyer beware.
