Is this normal to have avp.exe ....

Welcome back!

  1. To make it easier to work with Reports -> 1 - the tiny < arrow -selecting that < arrow - will collapse the Reports column & make the Report window *larger* -> that helps you & *us*, as more important detail can be seen. 
  2. There are two users for the avp.exe task - this is *normal*.
  3. The Report timeframe is from the 19th of Feb 2021 to 11 of April 2023 (= 2 years, 1 month, 24 days), on the 7th of April 2023 avp.exe stopped/started 3 times -> what was happening on that day, during the timeframe in the Report? 
  4. What are the 10 Notifications - in the Windows Notifications Center, what are they? 
  5. Which Kaspersky Security Cloud patch(x)is installed -> on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, right click the Kaspersky icon, select About?
  6. Please do the following: (AExport Kaspersky Security Cloud Settings, follow: How to export application settings, (B) Return to Manage Settings, select Restore & follow: How to restore the default application settings; at the completion of the Restore Wizard, (C) shutdown the computer using *Shutdown*, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login, make sure Kaspersky Security Cloud is running - monitor the *avp.exe* issue? 
  7. Note: Do not import *original* Settings at this stage
