Is this just a scam or am I actually being blackmailed?

I recently received an email, see bellow, which I wrote off as spam, since it most likely is. However, I’ve recently noticed weird mouse activity from my PC (it could be just that my mouse is broken), with the main issues being it randomly double clicking or not clicking at all. Do I have some sort of high-tech malware or is this just a series of coincidences?

I’ve already done scans with Kaspersky SCF and two other second opinion scanners, they’ve found nothing.

@BigHotStud  IMO  this is a   coincidence ,   above email is a common Spam that you can just ignore.
