i just recently downloaded the utorrent web https://www.utorrent.com/downloads/win/, when i try to run this notification show up :

I'm just a beginner and hopefully someone can tell me if download torrent and download it in utorrent web, how supposed i know viruses attack my computer ? should i just download it and scan, if the scan says good, then no virus on torrent file i downloaded? thankyou 🙂
