Is the free version of Kaspersky free forever, and what happens when the program expires?

I used Kaspersky and noticed that the free version has an expiration date. I'm very afraid of the free version expiring.

KFree has been stopped (You can't find the installer anymore in official K. sites) in most of the western countries. Still the already installed KFree continues working so far, until when? I don't know...

It seems Kaspersky is stopping KFree in some countries.

Has support for the product stopped in Egypt, or is it still supported in Egypt?

Yes, I've used it. I think it's supported in Egypt. There's no ban on it.

Please confirm it's supported in my country. I love Kaspersky.

Hi @amralaa, 

1. As *Moderator* @harlan4096 already advised - you have the most up-to-date Kaspersky Free version & yes, ATM it's still supported. 
2. (You) are one of the lucky ones!
3. Kaspersky *stopped* Kaspersky Free for many people in many *other* countries.
4. Don't ask when will it STOP OR will it STOP (in Egypt) - none of us know - Kaspersky never announces that type of information. 
5. ENJOY it while (you) have it! It's WORKING! STOP panicking!
6. IF (you) want to see it updating & don't want to open the application - on the Windows Taskbar, select Hidden icons, the Kaspersky icon will show a tiny-down-arrow IF there's an Database-update updating.
