Is my Safe Money working or not? Chrome, no green border around the window.

As seen in the screenshot, when I start safe money in chrome, the ‘report a problem’ box is green but no green border appears around the window, so is safe money functioning or not?

I actually can see it: 

Try to change the size and position of the window, will the green border appear? 

Did you check the issue in other browsers?

Moderators & Community Admin, Community Managers & probably Kaspersky employees have authority to delete posts, if the function was available to all, it could result in chaos.
