Is Kaspersky blocking a banking removable USB device

I have upgraded to Windows 11 and had to reinstall my Kaspersky Total Security.

 

Now, when I try to use my banking USB to log into my bank securely, the USB will not show up in my fie explorer.

Prior to this is did a scan of the removable device and was visible.

Please tell us:

1. KTS Version & patch(x), x = letter, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
2. Since re-installing KTS, has the computer been shutdown & restarted?
3. Check Removable drive scan settings, see images below
4. Are there any USB errors in the KTS Reports? 
5. Try the USB in a different port?
6. Check Windows Device manager, are there any alerts for the USB drive? 
7. In Disk Management does it show a Drive letter?
8. Also, reference: usb drive not showing up in file explorer, may help?
