I have seen that there are some changes happening in Kaspersky subscription programs, so I am just wondering,
Is Browser protection still a part of Kaspersky Security Cloud Free version?

1. Yes, Browser protection is a part of Kaspersky Security Cloud Free - see KSC, Hardware & software requirements, Browser requirements, however, Kaspersky Security Cloud Free is the *old* software, the old FREE features are detailed in the Kaspersky Security Cloud package comparison table.
