iphone xs no vpn connection

Hello y’all 

my Kaspersky won’t work at all using my mobile data on my iPhone XS … I am using three network. It only works if I use wifi. 
what can I do ?? Thx

1. Operating system version: iOS ? 
2. KVPN version ? 
3. Has KVPN ever worked when data is enabled & wifi is not enabled? 
4. We need to see what you see - are there errors, when data is enabled & there’s no KVPN connection, what do you see, post full screen screenprint(s) please? 
5. When you say “my Kaspersky”, do you mean https://my.kaspersky.com/ website? 
6. Is KVPN Premium or Free?

@Surur Also, can you please check if the option “Mobile Data” is activated for KVPN in your IPhone application list :

IPhone > Settings > Scroll down > Kaspersky > Mobile Data > ? on ~ off ?
