Invalid password, can not login to kaspersky total security Application

today I want to setting my Kaspersky total security application , but the the application ask for password and I forget or don't now the password, as far as I remember I never entered or put the password into the application… soo what should I do..?, help me please

As a variant:

Try to change the password on MyK portal (try to use password without special symbols), then make sure that you able to login with the new password to your MyK account in browser .

Next retry to connect application to MyK.

Please, tell about results.

I already change password on myK portal just like your advise

But still , I can't enter to myK Total security settings…

The problem not solved yet

Try to copy-paste the password from notepad (make sure that it works for MyK and then try to paste it to KTS application).

If the issue persists: please create a request to Tech support
