Internet Security Licence can't activate.

Hi Community of Kaspersky

I bought a Kaspersky Internet Security licence for 3 years

Everything is fine on version 20 but since January 1st (the first time) and now January 11st (second time) my Internet Security is updating automatically to the version 21 but my licence can’t activate (or can’t founded on My Kaspersky Account)

The first time i uninstalled version 21 and install version 20 again, everything well but today is happens again.

So, can i install the new version with my actual licence? or i need to rollback again to the version 20 and disable autoupdates?

Any other option to avoid this problem?

No, didn't. 

I bought it on a physical store on my country.
