Internet on PC slow

Dear Kaspersky Support Team

This morning in Moscow time on 19 September 2025, I experienced a slow internet connection when I turned on the Kaspersky VPN. My VPN is connected to my two devices: iPhone and Laptop. The former works well, while the latter has a slow Internet speed. I try to connect to different countries, even the fastest server. Alas, the speed is still slow. For almost one year, using Kaspersky VPN, this is the first time that the internet has become slow on my PC. Could you provide clarification on why my internet connection on my laptop is slow when I'm using Kaspersky VPN? Please fix this issue as soon as possible !
