Internet Access for Family Tree Maker

I am using Family Tree Maker which requires access to the Internet in order to use Websearch for people, but it currently says that there is no internet access due to the Firewall blocking it.  I checked Trusted Applications and it is Trusted it appears.  How do I resolve this?
