Hola,

Creo que no tendrías problema, puedes exportar una copia de seguridad de tus contraseñas del KPM, de tu almacén, e importarlas.

Además no tienes que desinstalar nada, simplemente añades el nuevo código de activación a tu versión instalada, y listo.
