Muevo la consulta al foro correcto de productos domésticos.

Adicionalmente, ten en cuenta que Windows 7 dejo de tener soporte por parte de Microsoft el 14 de Enero 2020, y que el soporte ampliado de pago ha finalizado este 10 de Enero de 2023.

Te recomiendo que si es posible actualices dicho equipo a Windows 10 o Windows 11.
