Hello Bennie, Welcome! Thank you for the report and image, very helpful. There's a Kaspersky password reset tool: KLAPR - https://support.kaspersky.com/us/11101 Please follow the steps, make sure the procedure is done in SafeMode and REBOOT after running the procedure and seeing "The operation completed successfully" notification. Please let us know how you go? Thanks!

Also, in addition to what FLOOD indicates in the post located above this post, Maybe, instead of a Kaspersky application password, that is a Windows User password. Are you logged into Windows as Administrator, or User? Kaspersky update settings: Run As > Did you set Admin or User password?

To start your Kaspersky application, double-click on the application icon on the Desktop (https://support.kaspersky.com/common/settings/13825). In the main window of Kaspersky Total Security, click In the settings window, go to the Additional section and select Update. In the Update settings view, click the link User Account Settings. In this window, you can specify login and password of the user under which the update task will be run. (https://help.kaspersky.com/KTS/2020/en-US/68283.htm)
