In email reception all URL's in the text are crossed out!

• For comparison, this is what we see in our received emails:

We observe, in your email, the images are also missing

 

1. May we know the email service/provider please?
2. Is Link preview on or off? 
3. Is it only Kaspersky Community emails that have “ URL's crossed out “ or all emails? 
4. Has the “emails have URL's crossed out  “ issue always existed or is new? 
5. Does the  “ emails have URL's crossed out  “ issue happen irrespective of browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium?
6. Is Kaspersky Protection extension installed and enabled?
7. Is Private browsing on or off?
8. Is Anti-banner on or off?

2.   Preview is on
3.   In all emails this weeks
4.   Since a week or more so
5.   Send me test email that I will open via Firefox ”mail adress”with safe URL's in text
6.   Kapersky safety  stting are all installed and on; level now changed to lowest protection
7.  is ON
8.  Is ON

• In the 24hrs preceding the problem starting, have any extensions, ad-ons, & or themes been added? If "yes", please disable & or remove each addition & recheck the issue? 

If the issue remains, do the following, please check the outcome of each step before moving to the next step, it may not be necessary to do every step: 

1. Private browsing - turn off - check outcome? If issue resolves add an exclusion - image 1
2. Anti-Banner - turn off - check outcome?  If issue resolves add an exclusion - image 2
3. Uncheck - Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages → image 4 & 5 - check outcome?
4. Add exclusion to Encrypted connections scan - image 6, check outcome?
