Hello community!

Basically i have this problem (https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-internet-security-13/keyboard-does-not-respond-win10-chrome-13457) but i don’t want to reset my computer.

In “Sign in” forms where you have to type a password, the keyboard stops working after i click on the password field and submit the form, so i can’t type anything. The solution is open another page with a form and then click on any field so i can use the keyboard again.

I have the same problem with 2 computers, i bought Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 devices.

Here the info about the computers.
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro x64 Build 19042.985 (20H2)

KIS ver.: Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391 (b) , I think is the latest version for my language (spanish)
All browser have Kaspersky Protection extension installed (this: https://addons.mozilla.org/es/firefox/addon/kaspersky-protection-2021/)

I have Kaspersky Password Manager and Kaspersky VPN installed but i don’t use them, should i remove them?

Any solution  for this problem please? 😁

Thanks :)
