Impossible to manage Small Office Security from Management Console

Hello,

I’m facing serious issue since i created my Management Console account (for about 10 days now) in order to manage my PCs and servers.

In fact i can’t receive no e-mail sent to me by Kaspersky and no action is possible remotely on my computers.

When i try to make a management action on the console, a prompt message tell me to have a look on an email sent to me by Kaspersky but i never receive any email.

 

This issue makes me unable to manage my PCs and Servers from the remote console.

Could you help me solve this issue?
