Impossible to launch secured navigation

Hi there,

Since a few days, I'm not able to launch the secured navigation. I have the message "impossible to launch the secure navigation". I restart my computer a few times but the problem remains the same. Does anyone has the same issue or can help resolve this problem ? My computer is running under W11.

What do you mean? Which product is having problems? If possible, attach a screenshot.
