1. Has the Activation code been saved in the KTS application? 
2. Has the Activation code been saved in  (your) MyKaspersky account? 
3. Key file activation was discontinued several years ago, for Kaspersky Home User software. An internet connection is required for online activation of Kaspersky Home User software. Kaspersky Business products can be activated offline with a Key file, refer comments by Moderator @richbuff , in topic Can I activate Kaspersky 2019 by lic file?, raised by @ArnabSaha.
