Images are being blocked in the VIP section of Lego.com, as best as I can tell this is only happening on that one site - affecting both Firefox and Chrome. Images are fine on the main Lego site and the Ideas site, it is just in the VIP section.

Is only happening on my computer, my Android tablet and phone are displaying the site properly.

I do not know for sure that this started when I installed Kapersky but it certainly has been happening since I have had it installed.

Separate from trying to solve this I have cleared cache and cookies without any effect on this problem.

Asking elsewhere someone suggested that the images were being blocked because they were hosted on a different domain - based on his experience with a different AV.

Computer: Windows 10 x64 Build 19042

Kapersky Internet Security: 21.2.16.590 ©

What I am seeing (Firefox - Windows)

What I should be seeing (Chrome - Android)

Hello @MarauderDeuce
Welcome!
Thank you for the information & images👌

  1. In the browser where the images are not resolving, right click, select Inspect, select the Console tab, any RED errors?  Expand the screen so it fills the window, please include URL(s) in all browser images, screen print & post back please?
  2. In KIS Reports, are there any  lego.com errors? IF “yes”, save the Report as a text file  & attach📎 to your reply please?
  3. Kaspersky protection extension - Private Browsing - is Data collection Allowed?
  4. Kaspersky protection extension -  Anti-Banner - are Banners allowed?
  5. As a test only: exit all browsers, go to KIS Settings, Network settings, UNCHECK Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages, start browser, recheck image issue, if the result is the same “cannot see images”, reapply the check to Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages, do not leave it disabled.
  6. KIS Settings, Network settingsEncrypted connections scan: add lego.com, as an Allow exclusion, to Manage exclusions, (v21.3. refers to this as: Trusted addresses).
  7. Uninstall 21.2, save License information only, do not check any other check boxes.
  8. Clean install v21.3
  9. Recheck?

Please let us know the outcome?

Thank you🙏
