If I paid for the Total Protection plan, do I need to pay 9.99 a month for the GPS tracking?

If I paid for the Total Protection plan, do I need to pay 9.99 a month for the GPS tracking??? I thought it was included in the price. That’s was the only reason why I upgraded my subscription. Can I get a n answer please

1. Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) Premium license includes Premium Kaspersky Safe Kids (KSK). 
2. KSK includes GPS tracking. 
3. We’ve never seen GPS being advertised as an “addon”, that needs to be paid for separately🤔
4. On Kaspersky’s global website, the image shows KTS/KSK, including GPS
