Hello, When we try to access our website from a computer (mac) where kaspersy is installed, the certificate is detected as not trusted. But for us, it seems that everything is ok : https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=oereb.bs.ch This happens only with kaspesky. Is there a way to find out the reason why my certificate is not trusted? Thanks, Guillaume.

Hello svareg / Guillaume, Welcome! Thank you for posting. Without knowing Mac Opsys version, build, KIS, version, build, patch(x) x=letter, please read the following; it may shed some light on the issue, noting, it's written for Kaspersky Security Cloud 19, however, some of Kaspersky's documentation can be applied across several generations of opsys & software. Website certificate problem detected by KIS/Mac and KSC/Mac If, after reading the documentation, you remain unsure & if you have licensed Kaspersky software, you may wish to consult Kaspersky Technical Support, for a definitive answer. Kaspersky Technical Support - Contact - select Location, select General product use, select from: OnlineChat - not available all regions. Phone - not available all regions Submit a request, via https://my.kaspersky.com/ (your) online account --- Additionally, it's possible to create an exclusion for your certificate, however, (imo), it would be good to know (from the Lab) why, KIS is "objecting" to the certificate, it may well be a false detection, something Kaspersky can fix, or, there may be a legitimate reason for the detection. IF the Lab finds the certificate is being identified incorrectly, they will assist by providing a solution. If the detection is valid, they will guide you with compliance steps. Please post back if we can help further, or, if you contact the Lab & get feedback? Best regards. Note: Kaspersky free software has (config) limitations, advertising & no Technical Support. If we know this, we ensure we never waste your time, advising you, for example: "contact Technical Support".
