I would like to know if it is normal to have no KIS 21.3.10.391 (b) entry in the task manager.

I searched all the entries and found no entries for the KIS 2021.

I have 21H1 (SO 19043.1023).

However, the software is working perfectly.

Just to add the avp.exe process to the task manager, the avp.exe process is always active.
