I wanted to install Kaspersky secure connection, but the installer did not start.

Russia language. Проблема вот в чем,я хотел установить Kaspersky secure connectio,но установщик не запускался.

Я решил проверить вдруг у меня есть он и вправду есть,но вот когда пытаюсь открыть пишет: “Прекращение  работы программы kaspersky secure Connection” Тогда я решил переустановить ее,захожу в  коревую папку,а мне пишет “Отказано в доступе”  Я уже незнаю,что делать помогите пожалуйста/

I decided to check if I have it really is, but when I try to open it writes: "Termination of the Kaspersky secure Connection program” Then I decided to reinstall it, I go to the root folder,and I write “access Denied” I already do not know what to do please help.
