I want to go back to Kaspersky Free again, but I'm remembering the start up issues I had.

I would get the issue with Kaspersky not loading on start up, even trying to force shut down would not do anything. Is there any way to fix this? If I could, I could go back to this program.

2. How long ago was Kaspersky Free installed on the system? 
3. What actions did you take before installing Kaspersky Free?
4. What actions did you take after installing Kaspersky Free, when "Kaspersky would not load on start up"? 
5. Was the system prepared according to Kaspersky's documentation -> How to install or remove the application?
