I made the payment but my VPN membership was not approved

Hello, I purchased the VPN service but I cannot access my subscription. I already made the payment but I was not sent any license key or anything. What should I do? There is no subscription notification on My Kaspersky. It says I'm on a free subscription.

Also , did you purchase Kaspersky VPN with  a correct email address ?

I tried a 4 times but theyre not answering. Im still waiting. Thanks for your help again.
