I installed Kaspersky on my Mac and my internet stopped working. [MOVED]

I installed Kaspersky on my Mac and my internet stopped working. So I uninstalled but my internet still won’t work. I have restarted the Mac several times as well as the router. WiFi is working no problem on other devices.

I have changed my DNS, checked timezone, made sure Kaspersky is uninstalled but it still won’t work.

Can anyone please help?

  2. Before installing KIS was the List of applications incompatible with Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac checked? 
  3. Contact Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in: Installation issues, Any other installation error template; support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you:


  4. After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in their MyKaspersky account.
