I have never set a password inside the settings, but why it keep asking me to enter a password for a pass?

I had never set a password inside the settings opt, but however why it always claims me to enter the password to enter which causes me can't enter the settings page any longer? my application is "Kaspersky small office security 6 personal computer with Windows XP professional sp3, how should I do to disable the password protecion blocking and be able to enter the settings page to change my settings any way?
