I have a Kaspersky Premium subscription and I cannot turn on the unlimited VPN 

He only gives me 300MB and then closes the connection

Welcome! 

1. As long as (you've) signed into the Kaspersky VPN application with the same email address that (you) used to purchase the Kaspersky Premium subscription so the Kaspersky VPN application synchronises with the license information from (your) MyKaspersky account, the Unlimited feature *should* be available. 
2. Has the computer been shutdown, using *Shutdown*, not Restart, then powered on, by pressing the Power button & logged into & the UL VPN rechecked? 
3. What is the VPN version, on Windows hidden icons, rightclick the VPN icon, select Help, select About? 
4. Which Windows OS version & Build, read: How to find the version of your operating system?

Please advise?
