i found MSAScuil app in my task manager and i worry about this.

hi everyone

i have a problem.i found MSAScuil app in my task manager and i worry about this.beacause in some websites talk about this and they tell this could be a virus.every time i run full scan , my kts can't disinfect or delete this.

is this a virus?

(my OS is win 8.1)

please guide me.thank you
