I don't open Kaspersky VPN. It started automatically when the computer started. But now it doesn't open in any way and I cannot use this application on the computer. I installed it on my iPhone. I can use it there. But never on the computer. I entered the CUSTOMER SERVICES menu through the application and made a "PROBLEM RECORD". But I can't send it from here. My computer isn't authorized. Can you help me? I am Turkish.
