I CANT UNISTALL MY KARPESKY 12.5 PLEASE HELP

I worked for a company that installed this antivirus for me but I already quit. However, they have not uninstalled the antivirus, please, how do I do it, I already tried downloading the KALPR file that appears in the support part but when I run it it tells me error 404, not found, I did it in safe mode, I already tried the uninstaller too but it asks me for a password, I don't have the password. 

MY version of karspesky is 12.5 karpesky endpoint security, please help

Tienes que contactar con la empresa para que te desinstalen el antivirus o abrir un ticket de soporte en Kaspersky Company Account, explicando lo que te ha sucedido.
