I can't enter activation code, due to unknown password requirement. [Closed]

I want to renew my license but I couldn't because I am having problem entering the activation code after buying another license. The message is enter your password which I couldn't really remember creating and I have tried any other password known to me. I have also tried de installing Kaspersky but this is also impossible. Please what can I do?
