I can't check virus manually, scan stuck at 99% [DUPLICATE TOPIC MERGED]

Why in VirusTotal it detects the virus in the file quickly. And the computer takes a while and stays here:

I managed to verify the file with a more powerful computer.

I'm using Kaspersky Interent Security latest version with free version and default configuration. The file is 641 MB.

Virustotal:

Note: 1.1 When I check another 3.43 MB file it detects viruses.

1.2 I am using an expired version.
