I Cannot use a free subscrtiption in your account.

I messed up with my antivirus and my subscription on my Kaspersky.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall again but nothing works.

I also used a tool from Kaspersky to remove antivirus from my PC completely i did a sfc/ scannow i clean every single temp file from my computer and restore windows image with command dism.

But Nothing worked. When i tried to install Kaspersky free antivirus i see this same error asking me the activation code. 

Previously i had a license for total security but because of financial reasons i had to cancel.

Now i need this free license to work i don't know more what can i do to fix the problem!

 

Can someone help me please!

You might be installing a version that isn't available for you, make sure whichever version you're downloading of the free version is the one you see here - https://www.kaspersky.com/free-antivirus

i have a similar issue but it would not let me use the free subscription at all because i trailed the premium one then i was hoping for it to SWITCH back to the FREE one but it did not. that was a mistake i made

 

i even came as far as googling Kaspersky free keys and it sent me to the Kaspersky total security and i got a trial there but it was not the same because the free version of Kaspersky does not have a trial. i only used it for approx.. 70 days and I am not happy with their product. I am also locked out the activation service so now I cannot put in any keys so even if I pay for it I will not receive the product.

i am upset because on their site it said FREE.

The same problem. Kaspersky says that I don't have subscriptions and let's buy it, although I downloaded the free version.

I deleted the subscription records during the next kaspersky uninstall and started installing again, now I somehow managed to install the free version.

If you log into your account, under subscriptions you'll see your expired subscription. Click it and hit manage my subscription, you can remove it from your account. It takes a couple of minutes to process, once it's done you can re-access the free version.
