Have you done the following: 

➡Removed Kaspersky Total Security application from the old computer?

If not, please do the following: 

Important: have the Activation code available. 

1. Remove the Kaspersky product from the old computer. 
2. If your old computer does not work, move on to step 3. 
3. Download Kaspersky Total Security application from the Kaspersky Lab website to the new computer. 
4. In the MyKaspersky account, check if the original device is showing as Connected in the Devices Tab? 
5. Run the installation file, follow the How to install Kaspersky Total Security 20 instructions. 
6. Activate Kaspersky Total Security 20
