I can not open Ebay, nor Amazon when I enable my VPN

I can not open Ebay, nor Amazon when I enable my VPN on my Acer Helios laptop I have win 11 installed. All other websites work fine. . It works fine on my MSI laptop, but wont open on my newest laptop in the Edge browser.  Please help. Thank you.

2. What happens when the VPN is enabled & you try to open Ebay or Amazon → are there any errors? 
3. Please show us a full screen screen print of the “cannot open Ebay or Amazon” problem when the Edge browser is used? 
4. Do Ebay & Amazon open if Chrome or Firefox are used? 
5. Is the VPN set to your country location or another country, when you try to open Ebay or Amazon? 
6. Is the MSI also Windows 11? 
7. Has KVPN been uninstalled & clean installed on the Acer? 
8. Is there any other Kaspersky software installed on the Acer? 
9. There’s documentation: Why is it impossible to open a website with Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection enabled?, however, if the same www are opening fine on the MSI & all other elements are the same, that may not help🤔
10. Is KVPN Premium or Free?
