Please help me. I bought a license and it's not working. I can't turn on the VPN and I can't submit a bug report. I paid for the product, it's a waste of time.

  1. What is the Windows OS *version & build*, in Windows Search type WINVER - open the WINVER app & post back the information in the popup please? 
  2. Since installing the VPN - has the computer been shutdown / powered OFF & then ON again? 
  3. The 'bug-report' can be uploaded to any cloud-service: Google-drive, DropBox, Microsoft OneDrive, Megadrive, IceDrive - & then the bug-report-share-link, the INC & a history emailed -> https://support.kaspersky.com/vi/b2c/vn#contacts - so the Kaspersky support team have some information to go on - they will assist (you) if they can: image.thumb.png.e342eca929b1a79b0ffac9cbae442c3e.png
