I am facing several issues with the browser.

When I open Google Chrome or visit any website (YouTube, Discord, or any other site), or even when I open a new web page without accessing a specific site, I receive warnings from the security program stating either "Download blocked" or "A previously detected malicious link was opened." These messages are really annoying, and I don't know the cause, even though I've scanned the computer several times and it's completely secure.

 

By the way, I use Google Chrome and Windows 11 with the latest update (KB5043145), which was released on 27/9.

Can you please download and run AdwCleaner(*) as ADMIN.

1) ⚠️ Don’t fix eventual detections
2) Please attach the TXT Log in your next post

(*) No installation required.

Also , which Kaspersky version are you running

Where can I find the TXT Log?

Kaspersky version: (a)21.18.5.438.

 

I downloaded and ran AdwCleaner as an administrator, but nothing changed.

 

When I ran it the first time, it detected two items, but when I clicked on Quarantine, my computer shut down, and I got a blue screen with a Windows error.

When I ran it again, nothing appeared.

By the way, it now shows me Preinstalled software elements detected: 13.

it says to me: "You are clean of PUPs and adware"

 

i don't have a 'View Scan Log Files' button

Two anti-viruses can interfere with each other, please uninstall MalwareBytes + reboot ?

Preinstalled  items are not a problem you can keep them .
 

Did you  reset your Browser to default settings ?
 

Also, please wait for further comments or contact Kaspersky Technical Support, for privacy reasons we don’t request system logs …

When I reset the browser to the default settings, the problem was completely resolved. I haven't received any of the notifications that I used to get. If I encounter the issue again, I will let you know.
