I am a mac user. the program will not work since i upgraded to big sur. [split and merged]

I recently upgraded MACOS Catalina to Big Sur. and noticed KIS will not start. 

I have downloaded new file and installed again. still not working.

I went to website and check if this levely piece of soft support  Big sur, it says so. but again, it will not start.

 

I have screen print. 

 

Appreciated if anyone can help to resolve this issue.

Good or safe? I am not sure. at the moment, I am a mac user. the program will not work since i upgraded to big sur. so be extra cautious if you are mac user with the latest operation system. you may be in my position.
