I persistently get this error HTTP 404 - Not Found. when trying to go to My Kaspersky from the Total Security dashboard

Hello,

Could you run the following command and reply the execute result.

tracert my.kaspersky.com

I have the same problem - error 404 when I try to log in. WIN10, version 1903, 18362.720. chrome browser.
