Hello @shenase

Welcome!

According to the Kaspersky experts, follow these steps:

  1. Scan the software via Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal & select the Submit to reanalyze, provide as much detailed information as possible & request a review of the software; the Virus Lab experts may take a week or more to process the software -> if no result is received after a fortnight, log the issue with Kaspersky support, either via Chat or Email, zip the software, protect it with a password, share the password with support, provide a detailed history, support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you.
  2. Participate in the FREE ALLOWLIST PROGRAM
  3. KSN - Wisdom of the Crowd.
  4. Astraea technology

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you?

"The Allowlist program lets you add legal software to the Kaspersky Allowlist system. Registration in the program is open to clients, vendors and software developers interested in proactively preventing false positives."
