How to remove Safer Web and RAV VPN from Laptop

Hello, 

 

I am using Kaspersky Plus. Last day, I have noted that a Safer Web virus and RAV VPN installed in my laptop without my permission. 

I have used below application to uninstall it but it could not. 

1: Add & Remove

2: Control Panel---> Program--> Uninstall

3: Add and Feature---> uninstall 

4: I have Kaspersky --> Full Scan---> Virus still there. 

Therefore, I need your guidance how to remove this Safer Web and RAV VPN.

Can You provide captures of those apps? I guess They are probably PUP/PUA/Adware... "potentially unwanted apps", but not virus...

If You say that using their uninstaller from Your Windows Control Panel -> Programs and Features, don't work, You can try to uninstall them with these 2 tools:
