How to remove malware? This virus: "HackTool:Win32/Gendows"

Hi

Any one please  help me. I have purchase Kaspersky and Installed my pc. But the Kaspersky does not able to remove it. My pc is too slow now due to this virus "HackTool:Win32/Gendows".

Please help me to remove this virus "HackTool:Win32/Gendows".

1. According to Microsoft, the hack tool is illegal software used to crack Microsoft Office and Windows. 
2. IF there's any such software installed, remove the software. 
3. In Windows, Search field, type About - post a full screen image of the About screen? 
4. In Kaspersky Reports, are there any events showing the HackTool:Win32/Gendows?
5. Contact Microsoft Technical Support. 
6. Read: Hacktool:Win32/Gendows.

Can you please specify your Kaspersky ?free/paid? version.
