how to remove HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic from my windows 10 PC

Can you please help me with the solution?

I am getting this message since 3-4 days while accessing my website (shown in screenshot) and there is no guide on removing this issue.

After getting this message I am even not able to skip it to the main content. The only action is to close the tab.
