IF the options are not available, Kaspersky Customer Service, will be more than willing to make the modifications for you  -> on the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global select either Chat or Email, then fill in Activation and license issues, Other template; provide the KCS team with *specific* information that (you) require deleted. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Is there an update to this thread, as I have similiar concerns where have a few expired subscriptions that would be good to get them removed as they cannot even be hidden.
