How to permanently trust a self extracting winrar file, an exe.

I want to run a self extracting winrar file, an exe.  How can I get to be a permanent trusted application/file?  I have market it as trusted allowed etc. multiple times.  It is simply a batch of files and directories I use as a template creating new folders for client assignments.

Also, did you add the ZIP content to the trusted zone.

That worked.  I guessed “application” for Object.  The file file Browser screen is oddly arranged.  But the exclusion seems global and works. thanks.
