Of course, the easiest way is to download the installer from the appropriate page.
If the program is already installed, I have not found a way to determine the version via the UI.

A registry entry might give you a hint.
If you have version 21.3.x.x installed, the following query might help.

reg query HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP21.3\environment /v Ins_Localization

For my German version it says 'de-DE', for the UK version it may say 'en-UK' or 'en-GB'.
